Do you offer a transfer to your hotel?

Yes, we are pleased to organize a pick-up from the airport, train station or other destination for you.


Do I receive ski passes at your hotel?

Yes, we are pleased to arrange your ski passes during check-in for you.


May I book a private ski instructor with you and where do I meet him?

Of course, we are delighted to organize a private ski instructor for your stay in advance. He will pick you up at the reception of our hotel.


May I book a group course with you?

Yes, we are pleased to arrange group courses for each ski-level upon availability. The meeting point for group schools is in Zürs, not far from the hotel.


Is there a kids club in Zürs?

Yes, Zürs does have a kids club. Infants and toddlers (2 to 6 years) have their first contact with snow and skies in a playful, supportive environment. Upon extra charge children can stay there for lunch.


Is your hotel located in a good ski area?

Definitely, the ski area Ski Arlberg is one of the best ski areas of the world. It covers many regions and has a huge variety to go skiing such as Zürs, Zug, Lech, Oberlech, Stubenbach, Warth, St. Christoph, and St. Anton.


May I rent ski equipment directly in your hotel?

No, but we are pleased to arrange ski equipment in Zürs, which will be delivered directly to the hotel after fitting.


How is the snow reliability in Zürs?

Your holiday with wonderful snow is guaranteed as Zürs is located at 1.717m.


Are ski slopes reachable by foot?

Yes, Hexenbodenbahn and Zürsersee are directly reachable from the hotel.


Can I reach St. Anton by skies from your hotel?

Yes, you reach Trittkopf lift by bus in Zürs. From there you go to Flexen lift which brings you to St. Anton.


What activities does Zürs over other than skiing?

The region Lech/Zürs offers plenty of activities for wonderful winter holidays: Snowshoe hiking, ice skating, tobogganing in Oberlech or winter hiking in Zürs and surrounding.


Are there many restaurants in Zürs and surrounding?

Yes, the ski area has a broad gastronomic offer, from regional and traditional food to Asian fusion. We are happy to recommend our favorite places and make reservations for our guests.


Does your hotel have a SPA?

Yes, a pool and two saunas (finnish sauna and bio sauna) and a steam bath invite the hotel’s guests for relaxation after a lovely day of skiing.


Do you offer SPA treatments?

Next to different massages as well as different baths to relax body, mind, and soul, we offer stretching, yoga, water aerobics, and personal training.


Do you have a fitness studio?

Yes, a small fitness room is located in our SPA area with fitness stepper, weight bench, and free weights.


Is your hotel children friendly?

Yes, children are very welcome in Thurnher’s Alpenhof. During the season the youngest generation of Thurnher enrich the hotel and is always happy to have playmates.


Do you have a playroom for children?

For our small guests we have a seperate room “Freiraum” with toys, books, pencils, screen for movies, wii, and much more.


Do you offer children childcare?

During high season childcare is offered with a  daily changing program from 4pm until 9pm free of charge. We are pleased to organize childcare for our small guests during off season as well upon extra charge.


Do hotel guests need to book a table in the hotel restaurant?

No, there is no need for our guests to book a table. There is always a table available for our own guests in the hotel’s restaurant.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation up to 60 days prior to the fixed arrival date is free of cost. For cancellation 60 to 30 days prior arrival 50% of the package price will be charged. For cancellation within 30 days prior arrival or early departure 100% of the package price will be charged.
