Far away from the hustle and bustle, you can experience inspiring moments, network in a pleasant way and create great strategies. Our meeting space is ideal for conferences and executive meetings from a size of 10 people up to 40 people in theater seating.
We create individual packages including conference drinks, coffee breaks as well as lunch and dinner in buffet or menu form.
We provide the conference equipment (screen, projector, flip chart, moderation kit, conference block, pens) free of charge. We are also happy to assist you with the use of additional conference technology and equipment and to obtain individual quotations.
Team event & team building
Get out of the office and into the snow. Team events and special experiences strengthen the team character. We organize your next company outing and that includes a supporting program around the needs of each employee.
From classic alpine skiing to cross-country skiing, ski tours and heliskiing. For less skiing enthusiasts, gorgeous winter hiking trails, exciting tobogganing or a cozy horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snow-covered winter landscape await.
A private ski race in the Flexenarena in Zürs, après ski drinks on our sun terrace and afterwards a sociable fondue evening by candlelight. If there's still energy left, head to the dance floor at the Vernissage Club around the corner.
Birthday Wedding & Family Celebration
There are many reasons to celebrate: birthday, family reunion or wedding. Why not pop the champagne at Thurnher's Alpenhof for your next occasion. Our hotel offers with its special family atmosphere and a warm service the perfect setting for any private celebration.
Blazing fireplace, mountain panorama and piano sounds - a champagne reception in the bar and lounge could not be more convivial. Also possible with dance floor and DJ for a swinging evening. On the same level, the festive gourmet restaurant with a capacity for up to 100 guests. Here we serve what the heart desires - cozy fondue evening, Austrian traditional menus or more finesse with our multi-course gourmet menus.
And so that the little ones don't get bored and the grown-ups can celebrate with abandon, we are very happy to take care of professional childcare and a children's program in our Kids Club.
MEETING & EVENT SERVICES
Our special conditions and group packages are bookable from a minimum reservation of 8 rooms per night. On weekends there is a minimum stay of 2 nights. Rates are based on booking volume, seasonal time and occupancy. We will always provide a tailor-made proposal depending on the occasion and individual guest wishes. We cover the following services:
- Overnight stay including breakfast
- Optional coffee breaks, lunch and dinner as buffet or multi-course menu incl. beverage recommendations
- Decoration, flowers as well as table arrangements incl. menu and place cards
- Recommendation and organization of musicians and entertainers
- Transfer by limousine, bus or helicopter
- Organization of ski passes, ski equipment, ski instructor or mountain guides
- Preparation of a varied frame program with different activities
- Recommendation and reservation for après ski hot spots as well as external restaurant and hut visits
