1. By using our website you are automatically agreeing to the following terms and the data protection statement of O.E. Thurnher Gesellschaft m.b.H und Co. KG.

The data protection statement covers the collection and use of personal data which may be requested when you contact us – for example, when you visit our website, when you make enquiries about our services, make a reservation, apply or phone us. This data protection statement does not apply to websites, online applications or mobile platforms that are not linked with this data protection statement or for those which are operated by third parties.

 

2. Recording and storage of data:

The protection of personal data and the preservation of the basic right to data protection are very important to us. Personal data are only requested by us, used and passed on when this is legally permitted according to the terms of the Austrian Law of Data Protection from 2000. You are agreeing to data processing as described in this statement.

Your data will only be recorded and used in order to permit you the best possible use of our offers and our website. The information includes, amongst other details, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card details.

When you visit our website, the following data will be stored and processed:

Server logs:
The IP address of the computer sending the enquiry, together with the date and time of the enquiry, which file is the questioned (Name and/or URL), the volume of data transferred, a message as to whether the enquiry was successful, identification data of the browser and the operating system being used, and the website from which access was made if this occurred via a link. These server logs are stored in order to check the safety of the system, to administer the website technically and in order to optimise the services offered. The information will not be passed on to third parties except in cases relevant with regard to actions liable to criminal investigation.

Server logs are stored for a maximum duration of 14 days.

Cookies:
Cookies are information which we store on the user’s computer in order to be able to recognise it again. Cookies also make it easier for you to navigate through the website in question. Cookies help to make our offers more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files which are deposited on your computer and stored by your browser. Newsletter:
In order to register for the newsletter service or other services, we require at least your e-mail address to which we can send the newsletter. When sending the newsletter we use the double opt-in procedure. Accordingly we shall only send you a newsletter after you have confirmed the link contained in an e-mail which we shall send to your e-mail address after you have registered with us. This ensures that only you as the user of the e-mail address concerned can register yourself for our newsletter service. Until we receive that confirmation, our newsletter service will not accept any further registrations under the e-mail address concerned. You can cancel the registration for the newsletter at any time.

The data concerned are personal data, in other words data which make it possible for you to be identified.
